Happy beginning stories about the Cockers who have found homes through us.

Bambi

Bambi came to us Aug 02 her owner couldn't keep her due to failing health we think. she was adopted Sept 02 by some wonderful people in Vancouver. "Figgy" as she is called is doted on and spoiled and loved dearly by Ken and Roena. Her canine sister Molly thinks she is pretty special too.

Barney

Barney is our poster boy!! He came to us from the Vancouver SPCA Sept 18/02  in quite a mess with infected eyes and ears. He was doing so well in his foster home he went to his forever home 17 days later. He is dearly loved and adored by Carole Ann, Mike and Kayla. His picture adorns our cards, letterheads and t-shirts.

Becky

Becky arrived in Canada  Oct 28/00 from a shelter in Oregon where she lived with her 2 pups as "evidence" in an abuse case. She whelped her litter there and just had her boys to care for. She was our first foster and we carefully placed her in a wonderful loving home. Becky is adored by Lindy and Howard and family.

BO

Bo  arrived in Canada from Oregon April 25/00. On May 10/00 he was placed in his forever home with Melody and Tom.

Bonnie (Bunnie Bonnie)

Is this REALLY my new home?
bonnie_home.jpg

Bonnie came to us from the Kamloops SPCA on May 31/03. She and many many other dogs were dumped there by their ruthless puppymill owners. Bonnie and 3 other cockers came into CSRBC for emotional rehabilitation and preparation for a real home life.
Bonnie stayed with us until Oct 13/03 when, after several visits, she went to live with Pat in Surrey.
We know she is going to have a great life and one day she might even accept men as nice people too.

(Bridget) MITZI

Bridget came to us May 01 from the Langley SPCA. She was an ornery pup and was resurrendered by her adoptive family due to a bite to child. We were able to place her again in her FOREVER home with Linda in Vancouver who worships her. "Mitzi" has been very happy in her new home since April 02.
